General conditions


ONLINE BOOKING AND PAYMENT

Yotal amount of the reservation is charged in credit card through our website, in a safe and protected way. Please note that prices and availability may vary until confirmation and prepayment of your reservation.

Promotions: The promotions are not cumulative, unless otherwise indicated.

Service charge: A service charge of 10% of the stay will be added, which will be automatically added to the final price of your reservation.

Security deposit: For security reasons, we ask for a deposit for any damages. This will be blocked on your credit card 1 day before check-in and will be unlocked on the same card until 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the property. The amount of the deposit varies according to the apartment.

Confirmation: Upon successful prepayment charge (if applicable), you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your reservation, including payment information and check-in instructions.

 

PROOF OF RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN (to be completed on arrival)

Upon check-in, you will be asked to complete and sign a reservation form, which must include information consistent with the payment method used in the online booking.

The proof of reservation must be signed by the holder of the credit card with which the reservation was made.

You should notify GT House in advance by email (info@gthouse.pt), in case the cardholder is not present at the time of check-in.

GT House reserves the right to refuse entry of guests if, without prior knowledge, the signature of the proof does not coincide with the signature of the credit card holder.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the customer

If you wish to cancel the reservation, please send an email to info@gthouse.pt, indicating the reservation reference.

Refund policy:

Cancellation more than 7 days before the check-in date: prepayment refund (except service charge)
Cancellation less than 7 days of check-in: the prepayment will not be refunded.
If there is not the number of nights provided at the time of booking, GT House reserves the right not to refund the nights that have not been used.
All possible expenses related to the refund will be borne by the guest.

The total amount paid will be refunded at the time of cancellation.

 

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

If you wish to modify your reservation, you should send an email to info@gthouse.pt, with reservation identification.

You can change:

Check-in / check-out
Number of guests (always respecting the maximum occupancy of the accommodation)
Guest information (name, address, etc)
Any changes are subject to availability and confirmation. Please note that the price may be adjusted.

 

OCCUPATION CAPACITY

The number of people staying must correspond to the number of guests indicated on the reservation. This must not exceed the maximum capacity indicated in the advertisement, except for children up to 2 years of age who may be in a crib. You should contact us in advance if you need a cot.

 

EXTRAS AND SERVICES

If you require an extra or service (airport transfer, cot, high chair, etc.), you must indicate this when making the reservation.

If you have not done so at the time of booking, you can order by email to info@gthouse.pt.

Please note that all extras and services are subject to availability and confirmation. Additional fees may apply.

 

PETS

Pets are only allowed in accommodation whose advertisements have this indication.

At the time of booking, you must inform us that you are traveling with a pet. An additional fee of € 15 per day applies per pet.

Please make sure that the apartment's items and the surrounding environment are always respected.

GT House reserves the right to not allow pets in certain apartments or on specific occasions. In these cases, the additional fee will not be charged, or will be fully refunded.

 

CHECK-IN / OUT

Check in

Check-in will be done in person at the apartment, unless otherwise stated.

Please contact the hotel in advance with the estimated time of arrival. You can contact him by phone (+351 914 364 571) or by email (info@gthouse.pt).

Check-in is free between 3 pm and 10 pm.

An additional fee of € 15 will apply at late check-in after 10pm.

Early check-ins before 3pm are subject to availability and confirmation. An additional fee of € 15 will apply.

In case of not being able to attend the accommodation at the time of check-in previously marked, you must inform us by telephone (+351 914 364 571) as far in advance as possible. If we are not informed until 30 minutes before the combined time, a fee of € 10 will be charged for each hour of delay.

Under Portuguese law, all guests must present a valid identification document (passport or identity card) at check-in.

Check-out

Check-out will be done in person at the apartment, unless otherwise stated.

Check-out can be made until 12 noon.

2 days before the date of departure, you should contact the reservation manager (+351 914 364 571) to inform the hours you want to leave the apartment.

If you leave early in the morning, you can check out the night before.

Upon checkout you must return all sets of keys and garage controls that were delivered on the day of check-in. In case of loss, a fee of € 50 will be charged for each key not delivered.

 

CLEANING

When leaving, guests should leave the apartment in a minimally reasonable state of cleanliness.

If the accommodation is not in a reasonably clean condition at check-out, an extra cleaning fee (variable amount depending on the apartment) will apply.

 

BEHAVIOR

No parties and / or events are allowed.

Guests are responsible for their behavior, and must respect the rules of the house and the neighborhood.

Hours of silence: 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Remember that noise can bother your neighbors. In the event of any disturbance or complaint to the police by the residents, guests may have to leave the apartment immediately without any right of reimbursement.

Unless stated otherwise, smoking in the apartments is not allowed.

 

SAFETY

Guests are responsible for all damages caused. They should have appropriate insurance of their choice.

Thefts

GT House is not responsible for any theft or disappearance of personal items during the stay.

Complaints regarding information in the advertisement or referring to the reservation must be submitted via email to info@gthouse.pt
